Motivation is an international disability and development charity working in low-income countries to enhance the quality of life of people with mobility disabilities. Our programmes aim to improve opportunities by positively impacting on disabled people's physical, social and economic situation to enable their full participation in society.

Border Biscuit Foundation

Border Biscuit Foundation is a registered charity that has been established to support good causes within the Lanark area.

Border Biscuits are a Manufacturer of speciality biscuits who have been based in Lanark for some 22 years.
The company currently employs around 100 people and has just recently established a charitable foundation whose purpose is to support local good causes.
This community support initiative will help a diverse range of individuals, organisations and hopefully on a longer term provide an opportunity for local businesses to form closer relationships with the community at large.
The initial range of projects will include a home for disabled children, providing assistance to encourage young children to be involved in sport and special project assistance in local schools.
Charles McCann is a Trustee of this newly created Foundation.
